Features of the Face

Work from a live model (hire a model, go to a local open studio, work from a friend or family member, or work from a mirror).

 

Utilize the skills you have developed for working from a live model with accurate measuring to complete a series of feature studies. It is recommended to work for 30 minutes on each feature, focusing on rendering it fully and accurately. 

 

We recommend repeating the assignment as many times as needed to achieve mastery before moving on to the next assignment.
